This is a full-time position at our Atlanta office.
We want to make beautiful websites for our clients, but it’s so much more than that. They need to be performant and secure. They need SEO considered not just in the copy, but in the code. They need to help generate leads and integrate with MAPs, CRMs, and lots of other acronyms. We need developers who can consider these pieces, and focus on practical solutions. If that sounds like you, read on.
Your bread and butter is the frontend, with at least 3-4 years experience writing straightforward, maintainable CSS (maybe BEM, maybe SMACSS?), and clean, meaningful, standards-compliant HTML. Your PHP skills are strong as well, and you feel very comfortable with WordPress and extending it with custom functionality. Beyond coding you’ve touched lots of third party systems for marketing campaigns and analytics. You don’t need to be a pro, but knowing your away around common client toolsets is a boon. You’re willing to speak up with concerns but focus on how a problem can be solved, not avoided. You love design, site speed tests, git, asking for help, and giving it.
